Sight is a complex and personal human experience and as such it needs to be understood in the context of the individual. Vision education is a whole person process integrating mind, body and spirit

The workshop will be experiential and reflective. We will work through movement using the principles of the Bates method of vision education. You will learn how changeable vision is, how to attend to what is affecting vision and techniques to support someone's vision.

We will explore aspects of sight such as colour awareness, the relationship between peripheral and central vision, left/right integration of vision and degrees of clarity and blur.

Cost £100. Contact Anna at anna@indivisual.org.uk or 07866 813330 to book or with any questions.

Aileen Whiteford

I am a practicing teacher of natural eyesight improvement methods and a psychotherapist, I have been doing this work for more than twenty years, working with hundreds of people experiencing all the usual and unusual eyesight and emotional challenges. I work with people not conditions, the majority of whom are supported and even surprised with their eyesight changes and improvement in their sense of wellbeing. I hold an MSc in Advanced Education and professional qualifications. I am co-founder and principal teacher at the the UK based College of Vision Education. www.aileenwhiteford.com

Anna Bambridge
I first experienced vision changes through relaxation in 1996 and have been working in and around the field of natural vision education ever since. I have an MPhil in researching Holistic Vision Therapy. I trained as a Bates Method teacher at the College of Vision Education in 2007 and I love exploring how vision education can combine with other therapeutic and arts practices. I am always excited to share this work which has given me so much. www.indivisual.org.uk
